My father had open heart surgery and when my parents talked to them about buying a recliner they explained the delivery process. When my dad came home from the hospital early, after one phone call, they made sure that a recliner was delivered the same day that my dad came home. It was really great for my parents. I am grateful for their willingness to work us in.
